Who we are

Founded in 2004, Cocoon started life as a consultancy company and financial software reseller. We quickly realised our passions lay in helping clients transform and add value to their businesses. So, after a successful sale of the reseller business in 2011, we now focus on consultancy, project management, digital transformation and software development.

Our aim is always to take a different approach to everything we do. We believe in a customer-centric style, forming long-term partnerships to deliver consistent, tangible savings and improvements.

These primary steps enable us to work through a successful change programme. However, not all activities are needed in every project; we mix and match to ensure the best outcome. The business transformation and data-processing systems BusinessOptix and Connections help apply our solutions.

  • Support activities

We provide these services to add to your team, or as a wholly outsourced change function.

Chris Wootton, CEO

Chris is committed to using business process management to transform companies at every level. His experience in enterprise solution rollouts, across many sectors, gives him a unique view of clients’ needs. Chris is a true advocate of using a customer-centric approach to help businesses deliver sustainable savings and improvements.

Richard Tisdall, Chief DevOps Officer

Richard began his career in business intelligence, creating solutions to provide data insight and analysis. He has a broad skillset, including project and data management, software development, change management and business process mapping. His passion lies in developing and integrating technology to produce effective solutions to complex business problems.
